Have you ever wondered why what you say gets misinterpreted? For example, you might ask “Why did you do that?” Thinking you asked in a curious nonjudgmental way but the person took it as you being the opposite, judgy and thinking they are stupid.

Now you can argue that asking why is not the best question for it does come across as judgy more often than not, but there is a reason why you think you came across one way and the person heard something completely different.
