Incase you missed it, Day 5: Nutrition

Grind Time

Overcoming The Grind

Remember why you wanted to accomplish your goal in the first place—remembering your why can sometimes be enough to get you over the hump.

If that is not enough, go back to your accountability system. Let your friend or spouse or whoever knows that you are struggling today. Asking for help is not easy, because it shows vulnerability or weakness, but what you are showing is a commitment to yourself and your goals.

Finally, you need to grind it out. It is going to be hard. There will be days and weeks where you want to give up, and that is when you grind. You do whatever you need to do to get it done.

To make it to the finish line, you will need to rely on all three to make it.

Your Fitness Sherpa,
