Be Aware 

To be successful with weight loss, you need to be aware of what you are eating. 

There are many ways to do this. 

  • Tracking Apps (my favorite) 
  • Write down what you eat
  • Weight out your food

Restrict 

With weight loss, it comes down to how much you are eating. 

Ways to restrict calories 

  • Intermittent fasting 
  • Portion sizes 
  • Not doing back for seconds 
  • Tracking
