On this week’s reading nook:

I got some great reads on two of my favorite subjects Recovery and Deadlifting and to sweeten the pot I threw in one on how to plan better for weight loss.

Recovery science is a relatively new trend in the fitness world right up their with breathing and ketogenic diets, but it is one of the most significant factors in you getting results and staying healthy. As for the Deadlift, well it’s the best exercises out there, so it is kind of a big deal.
