I have been reading this book for the past few weeks and find myself enjoying the overall structure of the book. Meaning I love books that have recaps and guided questions to think about.

Turn The Ship Around tells the story of how Captain David Marquet turn the worst-performing ship in the U.S. Navy into the top performing vessel. By teaching a leader-leader model instead of the traditional top-down approach, you see in most businesses.

There is a lot of great takeaways from how to improve your communication to how to empower your employees to get the most out of them.
