Keep The Goal The Goal

If your goal is to be healthy, focus on moving more. Don’t get caught up in the kind of movement (lifting weights, running, or going for a walk). The goal is to move more.

Getting too fixated on the how will lead to analysis paralysis. When the end goal is to move more often, then you are right now.

It goes back to the idea of “Ready, Fire, Aim.”
