Weekly Look Into Josh’s Reading Nook: 5/25/2018

On this week’s reading nook:

The pot is running a little dry this week. Or I didn’t find any headlines that tickled my fancy. But I still saw a great post for the team over at Juggernaut talking about breathing and bracing for the Front Squat. But you can easily translate that over to other lifts as well.

There is another post on making some awkward exercises more palatable with some simple changes. Think you will enjoy it is you enjoy awkward exercises as much as I do.

Peruse the selection below.

What Book I Am Listening To

You may be asking yourself, “Josh why would you think of reading such a book?” I would say that is a great question. It is mostly because one of our coaches loves to share Brene Brown videos with us and enlighten the male coaching staff that is mostly under the age of 30, this guy included.

I found the book to be insightful. If you happen to find yourself around a lot of females or even just a few and wonder why they seem to go through so many changes throughout their lives, this book will be helpful to you.
