On this week’s reading nook:
Short and sweet today. I have a book recommendation on how to receive feedback. One article on why parents need to prioritize fitness and how to do it, and lastly the importance of movement with injuries.

What I am Reading
This has been a game changer of a book. I have listened to it and am now reading through it again.
Every day we are given feedback and the people giving the feedback are not naturally gifted feedback givers and that ability to not give good feedback puts us in a defensive position and prevents us from learning from the feedback.
Learning to recognize your defensive triggers will help you resolve more problems, learn more about what people think of you, and allow you to learn more.
