There is no secret to staying injury free and seeing consistent strength gains.

Lift within your means will keep you safe, but most don’t think of the physical and mental prep work that goes into a lift. Creating tension will help you lift more but it will also keep you safe.

If you want to lift heavy you have to know how to create tension and if you want to see long-term progress you need to stay healthy.
