Last week I talked about a few simple tips to improve your rowing. This week I took a look at the Bench Press.
The Bench Press is similar to the Row; the two main differences are, 1. you are pushing a weight away from you vs. pulling a weight toward you, and 2. you are using your chest, triceps, and anterior delts vs. lats, traps, and posterior delts.
