My Love For The Single Leg Deadlift

The Single Leg Deadlift has quickly become one of my favorite exercises to do.

It was not that long ago that I didn’t like to do any exercises one leg at a time (Lunges, Step Ups, Bulgarian Split Squats). Not because they are not good for you, but because they are harder and take more time to complete a set.

Some how the SLDL (Single Leg Deadlift) broke me down.

I could wax poetically all day about my new found love for the SLDL, but I won’t.
