The Dumbbell Squeeze Press is a fun variation if you are looking to get some pressing variate in your life.
What I like about it is creates an isometric contraction of the chest creating more muscle fatigue. For all, you folks out there that like a good pump feeling then this is an excellent place to start.
The Exercise
Coaching Cues
- Press dumbbells firmly together
- Press feet into the ground
- Exhale as you press up
Sets/Reps: 3-4×8-15
