As it has become tradition, here at Williams Performance to do my annual best of article. I have scoured through the vaults pushed through the piles of papers and have found the gems from this past year.
This past year I have added Monday Morning Coffee with Josh. A morning video show of me trying new coffees and discussing topics relate to health, fitness, and life. Now don’t get it twisted I am no coffee expert but there is a good chance I have drank more coffee than you in the past year than what is recommended for a healthy individual, that has to count for something.
