Exercise of the Week: Inverted Row

 

IMG_2200It has been a while since the last time I did an exercise of the week, but don’t worry I was saving you alls a good one, the Inverted Row.

Do you ever find yourself daydreaming about being able to do Pull Ups? Don’t feel bad, lots of people struggle to do even one, and if you are looking to get better at them read this post HERE (self-pimping my shiznit).

In the meantime while you’re working your way up to a full Pull Up, try adding the Inverted Row to your workout routine. If you don’t know, the Inverted Row is a body-weight exercise that is great for developing upper back strength and it is easily progressed and regressed.
