5 Quick Tips to Prevent Back Pain While Working Out

Back pain is one of the most common aches/pains someone will encounter during their lifetime. Not all instances of back pain are avoidable, but many are.

Back pain does not often just happen because you pick something up wrong once; no, it happens after you have done something wrong over and over again and after many micro traumas have built up, the onset of back pain takes place.

This can be from sitting in a bad position all day at work or from bad running mechanics when you go out for your afternoon jog. These are just a few examples that happen in day to day life.
