Mobility workouts are great for getting the body moving on the days your not working out. They are like a dynamic warm up with a little more emphases on stretching but without all the boringness of actually stretching.

 

Today’s Workout

Exercises:

Yoga Push-Up 5x
Spider-Mans 5 each
Wide Stance T-Spine Mobility 5 each
Star Lunge 5 each
Deep Squat Breathing 5 Breaths

2-3 Sets
