The active rest days are the days of the week when you have nothing planned for a workout, but still want to get a little lift in.
These days are great for hammering weak spots in your lifting game or to get some extra soft tissue work done.
What to do on your activerest days?
You can focus on weak spots (chest, core, back, glute, ext.)
Get some extra mobility, stretching, and soft tissue work in.
