What Book I Am Reading
If I were, to sum up, “Conscious Coaching” in a short sentence, it would be, being aware of different personality types and being able to coach to them.
Not to be a dick but I don’t find this book to be particularly well written. Find it drowns on when it could have been said in fewer words. The overall concept of the book, know they self and know others is great and if you are a coach that is young or treats each client the same. Then this book is not a bad place to start.
