The Push Up is one of the best exercises out there. It’s simple, portable, and dare I say a good-looking exercise.
If you like getting strong arms than you should do Push Ups
If you like shoulder friendly pressing variations, Push Ups are your guy (due to the shoulder blades free rang of motion).
If you like having a strong core well Push Ups do that too.
Lastly Push Ups are easy to regress and progress. There are Push Ups from the knees, Hands Elevated Push Ups, Feet Elevated Push Ups, and many more variations to fit your personal needs.
My personal favorite is the Band Resisted Push Up. Due to its ever-increasing tension as you push up. But there is one problem with the Band Resisted Push Up, which I talk about in today’s videos and also tell you how to fix it.
