In this week’s episode of Monday Morning Espresso with Josh, Josh talks about a new super-charged form of coffee that you might have heard about- espresso. It’s bold, it’s high test, and it’s what is brewing on this Labor Day.
Also, Josh finally figures out the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and discovers it’s not a whole heck of a lot.
Josh was feeling a little frisky this morning and wanted to talk about the goods and the bads of running.
Now grab that bold brew and let’s get to watching.
After watching this you may be like, what?
So here it is simply put.
Healthy person wanting to run: great, just make sure your form it good to keep you healthy (and please, for the love all things, don’t think running 8 to 10 miles a day is good for your body).
Person with acute bad knees: Strengthen your core and glutes. Learn to absorb impact and check your form.
Person with chronic knee pain: Running should not be your first or your second choice. Stick to low impact things like walking, biking, swimming, and other such activities.
