One of the most frustrating parts of being a strength coach is seeing your athletes leave for their athletic season and come back in the offseason at the same place they were a year ago.
The frustrating part is that this can be prevented by doing in season training, but a good number of coaches and athletes just don’t see the benefits of training all year round.
If you want to keep the strength, power, and quickness that you spent the last 4 to 6 months working to get, than do in season training. Why work so hard to just give it all up and start at square one the following offseason.
