How Mental Performance Affects Your Workouts

There is a great quote by Yogi Berra, “ Baseball is ninety percent mental and the other half is physical.”   Yogi has a way with words.

The idea that mental factors play a big part in baseball, and essentially in all sports, is also true when it comes to lifting weights and training for your sport. I am not going to say what that percentage is, but it plays a major role in how well you perform and how successful you will ultimately be.
