You may have heard the term super set being spoken about in your local gym or down at the weekend farmers market or perhaps at your ladies book club last week. You may have thought to yourself, “What is this super set in which they speak of?”
In all actuality, this thought has most likely never crossed your mind. And that is ok… if you are not writing your own programs.
Super sets are a way to organize your training but different super sets are more beneficial for different training goals.
