There are four areas of the body that are often a little bit weaker then other areas. I call these areas of weakness slow, not that bright, you know not all there lifting leaks.
A lifting leak like any leak is a place where a substance can escape such as water or tapioca pudding. In our case this substance is strength.
Luckily for you these leaks show up time and time again in four common places. They show up in the hands (grip strength), back, core, and glutes.
