Weekly Look Into Josh’s Reading Nook: 2/24/2017

Reading Nook

In this weeks reading nook, I got a great audio book on not giving a %#@, along with that I have a few articles from the inter web about increasing ranges of motion and one on the less geeky side about the fitness industry and how it can help clients that just want to live a long healthy life.

What I Am Listening To

I just started reading… I mean listening to this book earlier this week and only have a few minutes left. I have gotten away from self-help book recently but the title just spoke to me. When I saw it I thought to myself, “Hey I got a problem in the giving too much of a f$%@ department why the f%&* not.”

The book talks about accepting and embracing problems in life, everyone’s got problems. The other big point is choosing what your standard of success is in this life and is it going to make you happy.

I would highly recommend this book. Click Here

(If you want a free listen to this book I will be posting an Audible link on my facebook page for a free book)
