What Is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is like personal training without the high cost and without me physically there to coach you. You will still get the great programming, coaching, and nutritional help needed to reach any goal.

Why You Shouldn’t Do It

  • If you are not ready to start making changes
  • If you feel you need a lot of technique coaching (more than the video analysis that I can do from afar)
  • You question: Is this Coach Josh a real coach or just a keyboard warrior?

Why You Should Do It

If you are ready to make the change, I am here to help. You will get monthly programs made to your abilities with videos on how to do each exercise. We will have 20 minute weekly check-ins (through email, phone, or Skype, whichever works best for you) to go over nutrition and to make sure that you are staying on track with your goals. You can email with any questions as often as you like.
