Monday Morning Coffee with Josh Episode 22

morning coffee

In this episode of Monday Morning Coffee with Josh, Josh finds himself north of the border in the Canadian Rockies. After days of voyaging the cruel, craggy, rocked peaks he stumbles across an old inn nestled in the forest called the Kicking Horse Inn. Josh, longing for a place to rest his weary head, stops in for a rest.

While grabbing a drink at the bar Josh overhears a few locals talking about a wizard bear named Grizzly Claw who is know for brewing a smooth, dark, chocolaty brew of a coffee. Intrigued by this tail Josh asks the locals where he can find this mythical brew master. “You can find the bear down by the river in a cave between the hours of dusk and dawn from spring to fall,” the locals tell him.

Josh set out to find this Grizzly Claw on a dark cool autumn night. Finding the cave, Josh accidently awakens the bear. Grizzly Claw was not too impressed. Josh kindly asked the bear for a sip of his hot brew, but Grizzly Claw was not going to give up his brew so easily. What ensued was the most epic man versus bear battle the world has ever seen. Unfortunately, words could not give this exchange justice and even trying to would be an insult to the affair that took place that very night. In the end, Josh gained the respect of the wizard bear and was able to obtain a cup of the bear’s brew.

What happened next was pure mouth ecstasy. Once a few droplets of coffee touched the tip of Josh’s longing tongue, his body felt awakened as if he were sleeping beauty and this elixir of coffee was the sweet, sweet kiss of true love which had the power to awaken the princess within him.

… aaaah, OK, this is getting too hot. I am just going to stop this story right here.

Also in this episode, Josh talks about the few and far between times it is OK to skip a workout and why skipping a workout can actually be a good thing.

Now click play and let the eye candy before you mesmerize you with stories of yester-years.

Much love,

Josh
