Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “There has to be a better way to do this?”.
This was my thinking exactly when it came to training the core, more specifically the Plank.
The Plank to many people is a boring exercise but over the years I have developed a kind of forbidden love with this little guy. Realizing more and more if you can master this one movement you will be stronger, not just in your core but in your lifts and in life (less back pain).
